Privacy Policy - Training Grant Estimator

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Who we are

The Training Grant Estimator is provided by Millenium Malaysia Resources. For any privacy question, contact admin@milleniumrx.biz.

What we keep

• Your activation code.
• For gift codes, the email address and name you gave our newsletter.
• For each code, how many brochure uploads were used and on which dates.
• The estimated AI cost for each code.

We keep nothing else about you.

Brochure uploads

If you use the brochure upload feature, the file is sent to our server only so that it can be read. It is processed in memory and sent to Anthropic's Claude (our AI provider) to be read, and it is deleted straight after the details are extracted. The brochure is never stored.

Anonymous statistics

From each successful read we keep only the training title, duration, whether it is in-house or public, the course fee, and the month. These statistics are not linked to any person or code.

Your calculator inputs

The figures you enter into the calculator stay on your device.

Payments

Purchases made on Google Play are verified with Google Play via RevenueCat.

Deletion requests

To have your data deleted, email admin@milleniumrx.biz with your activation code or the email address you subscribed with. We will confirm once it has been deleted.
